Yes! The Belly Bliss pregnancy pillow suits all sleep styles. Whether you're a front, back, or side sleeper, its adjustable design lets you customise the shape to match your needs, and gently encouraging you to transition onto your side.

It supports your hips and knees for lasting comfort and helps prevent rolling onto your back, so you can sleep safely and peacefully all night long.

 There’s no “right time” to get a pregnancy pillow. It really depends on what feels best for you. That being said, a lot of expecting mums find the sweet spot around 20 weeks.

 Yes! The Belly Bliss pregnancy pillow easily transitions from pregnancy support to a comfortable breastfeeding pillow.

Simply place the long support pillow across your lap to help carry baby’s weight and take pressure off your arms, so you stay relaxed and baby stays well supported.

Pop one of the wedge pillows behind your back for extra support, helping you maintain a comfortable feeding position.

The Belly Bliss pregnancy pillow is machine washable. Simply unzip the outer covers from the pillows and toss it in a warm to cold wash for easy cleaning. Air dry outside for best results.

The long body pillow is 110cm x 30cm and weighs approx. 1.5kg.

The two wedge pillows are 40cm x 30cm each.

The velcro strap can be adjusted between 65cm and 75cm wide.

*Please be aware that these measurements are approximate and could differ by a few centimeters due to the nature of manufacturing.

Don’t worry, seeing pills or little fuzzies on your pillow is completely normal. These are just tiny fibres that come loose from everyday use and friction.

To refresh your pillow and remove the pills, gently run a fabric shaver over the surface,  this will safely lift them away and leave your pillow looking smooth and fresh again.
