After 28 weeks, sleeping on your back can put pressure on a major vein that helps blood flow to you and your baby. This can lead to dizziness, shortness of breath, or reduced circulation, none of which are ideal during pregnancy!


That’s why side sleeping is usually recommended, especially on your left side. Our belly bliss body pillow is designed to make side sleeping way more comfortable by supporting your bump, back, and legs so you can rest easier and safer all night long.

Deciding when to get a pregnancy pillow is a personal choice, but many mums opt for one around the 20 week mark.


The belly bliss body pillow is designed to adapt to your changing body with its unique adjustable velcro strap, offering customised support for both your belly and back as your pregnancy progresses.


If you’re starting to feel uncomfortable at night or worried about back sleeping, it might be time to invest in one.

The body pillow is 110cm x 30cm and weigh approx. 1.5kg, the two wedge pillows are 40cm x 30cm each.


The velcro strap can be adjusted between 65cm and 75cm wide.
