Magnesium Oil: Spray on skin. Use as often as needed. If you have sensitive skin you can dilute with water and wash off after 20 minutes. 10 sprays = 270mg.

Inhaler: Essential Oils of Peppermint, Ginger, Lavender, Lemon.
